Recently, I've been trying to think of ways to make extra cash, because the teaching job I've got is littered with drama due to its lack of staff and what not. Seriously, if one or two of those people somehow fell off a cliff into flamey doom, I'd probably... chuckle. ~.~'
It sucks too, because it makes up most of my income. I get anywhere from $1000-$1300 doing English teaching, and most of it goes toward food, transportation, and $540 goes to my apartment. English teaching is awesome but it's a bloody curse. T.T I also work for the college as a Lab Asst (go figure) but they pay minimum wage and can only give me about 8 hours a week. That also goes for spending money...
Yet, despite making as much as I do, I can't save anything because of how expensive it is to get from A to B, or how expensive it is to eat...
Back in Naperville, it wasn't so bad, but that's only because we had the extra cage monies and the meal plan at Kaufman to support most of the fewds.
I guess I just think it's ironic that I'm only good at making enough money to get by and not enough to save for stuffs...
