Caution: Extremely sappy entry...
I just got home from hanging out with andy today, and i have to say that I am completly "head over heals" in love with that boy. It's amazing how far we've come, from starting out as a summer fling, to becoming totally inseperable. After being together for over a year and a half, i still get that butterfly feeling in my stomach when I hug, kiss, or even just see andy. I know lots of you are thinking "this is high school, no one at this age knows what it's like to be in love". Though this may be true for the majority of the student population, I honestly think that i have discovered what it is like. I've never felt more connected to anyone in my entire life, though granted i've only had 18 years of it. I know that lots can change, especially after college begins, but I know that i'll always think back on this time in my life, and smile.
wow, definatly haven't written a sappy entry in a long time. Sorry if this just seems annoying. But I do have one more thing; This song by Rascal Flatts (yes, a country band) completely reminds me of how i felt when I first started going out with andy. I know a lot of people have, and are going through many different obstacles in their lives, whether it be school, the future, finding "someone", finding themselves, family issues, etc. This song to me just "speaks" to me, and whenever I hear it, i get goosebumps.
Life can be funny sometimes. I never would have guessed that I would be so happy with Andy, especially after sitting by him through sophomore honors english, but i'm so glad that we did.
