~.: My boss is a peach. She calls me over this morning to (unpaid) come over and put my initials into the MAR for PRN medications that were "refused" when we have never done this before. She has the gall to ask me why I seem so upset, why I'm going back and forth with her. I wasn't going back and forth with her. I was expressing my frustration at being woken up and called into my job to fix something we had never done before under threat of being written up. I certainly hope other staff get in there before 18 minutes ago to put their initials into the MAR where PRNs were "refused." Holy crap, woman, who is suddenly breathing down your neck that you need nit-pick at everything your staff do? I cannot wait until I have a car. I want to leave this job so badly. I'm sick of being jerked around and treated like crap. And oh, of course, the med error that started this drama, which was supposed to have gotten me written up, isn't getting written up until now. This error happened A MONTH AGO. What the hell have you been doing that's kept you so busy that you need to wait until a month later to do your job? You're a hypocrite. You're a hypocritical dictator who operates under the guise of being nice and fair when all you do is threaten to fire people and write them up. How about a little consistency now and then? Because there will be alot of resentment the day you fire you someone who's been doing their job the same way for as long as they've worked there. When rules change, people should be alerted of them before having "do it or you'll be written up" thrown at them. ><" ><" ><" ><"
