Fancy fancy fancy :D
~.: So I just spent over two hours at Central Park trying to find something professional to wear to this (and other) interviews. After a near breakdown in Macy's over the lack of selection (and the insane prices), I finally thought it might be a good idea to look elsewhere. A few minutes later, Tori and I were walking into New York & Company (I really like that store o.o) and almost immediately found what I was looking for. It was cute, stylish, fit me, didn't look like it was made out of grandma's old drapes from back in the 30s, and cost about half of what I would have spent on an entire suit. Instead of paying almost $300 for something I'd hate and would feel uncomfortable in, I paid a little over $100 for something stylish and professional, and had a little extra to spend on an adorable little black handbag/clutch that I can use now, and whenever I go out and don't feel like lugging my whole purse around with me. All in all, a very successful trip, and I am excited about my interview tonight. Hopefully it will actually occur, unlike last week's fiasco. My new outfit makes me feel confident, and hopefully it will shine through. Wish me luck, guys! :D
