~.: Here's some advice. If you need to take medicine that has a cup of coffee's worth of caffeine in one pill, don't take three at once and wash it down with a cup of coffee. The room is spinny, I can't type straight, and I don't know where the letter H is in relation to the other letters of the alphabet. But! My cramps are gone. :D
