I'm not biological, but I'm still family, dammit

~.: Kristie has some nerve to keep pushing for this "lets move Andrea into the basement" idea. I told Dad that I'm not moving out of that room until the baby is just about here. She wants me out now. The baby isn't due for another four months! It does not take four months to empty out the bed and dresser and three boxes that are in there, paint, and put in a high-tech bassinet that sings and vibrates. I can't tell if Kristie is just trying to banish me as soon as possible because I'm not biologically related to her, or if she's just trying to find more things to make Dad slave over (since he would be moving the bed and dresser into basement, alone, not her). I even made a nice compromise and said that they can have my room in July when I go to Mom's, since when I come back from Mom's I'm going straight back to school.

~.: I'm so very tempted to call her ... all I need is one more person suggesting that I just suck it up and move into the basement. I am not moving into the basement before July. Lets call it karma for her marrying Dad, making him move, take on three new children, add two hours to his daily commute, and having her treat him like crap on a daily basis. :D
