Ever wonder why we sometimes go back to someplace that was really not all that good in the first place? At the time is seems like the right thing to do but after you are there for a while you wonder, "What the hell am I doing HERE? Again?"
That kind of happened to me with Johnson. I was so certain that things were going to be so different this time... well.... while Eric was there it was pretty good. I really enjoyed running into him on campus and watching his plays and all that fun stuff. The past year was like walking around an endless circle filled with annoyanceses.
Okay, so now I'm gone. Headed off to start a new life at a new school with brand shiny new people I haven't met yet. So, why am I complaining about Johnson? I guess I need to get it out of my system. I need to let it go and then walk away for once and for all.
Of course, it could also have something to do with them accepting my money for transcripts and then telling me, "Sorry, you can't have them until you pay this bogus $800 fee we decided to randomly add to your account after you paid what we TOLD you that you owed earlier this year." So, of course, another fight ensued today and I was promised that my paid-for transcripts will be sent out fortwith.
I suppose if this has done anything it has let me know that I did, indeed, make the right decision by leaving when I did and walking away from their garbage and their games.
