I don't normally subscibe to such memeness, but all the bigger kids did it, and I wanted to kill some of my day in the face.

1) Gathering - Been there since the beginning in 1992. Still going. Had some fun. Met some friends. Met my partner. Could have been a worse ride, all things considered
2) Galactica - This is as good as it gets. Mind-blowingly well made TV, and the best thing on the small screen not to have the name Whedon attached to it. Second only to Buffy, and by a short margin.
3) George Lucas - I have decided to open a Direct Debit straight to his bank account. I got a pay rise yesterday, and I'm sure Lucasfilm appreciate it. There is Star Wars, then there are other films which are ostensibly distractions from Star Wars.
4) Geek - It's not what I do, it's who I am. And fuck it, I don't care. I still scrub up better than far cooler people, so fuck 'em.
5) Gyppos - the best bunch of people I know - they truly are all good friends
6) Grant, Richard E - A personal hero of mine, and the best guy to never play The Doctor in Dr Who. Well... properly anyway. He's not creepy, either.
7) Gherkins - At some point along the way, I learned to love them. And I'm not even pregnant.
8) Genndy Tartakovsky - Genuis maker of Samurai Jack, Clone Wars and currently making the Dark Crystal sequel.
9) Gitano del Rey - Just about got the hang of him after a year or so. That 'from scratch' feeling can be depressing.
10) Godlessness - I wear my secularism as a badge of honour.
