Caffienne yes, it's a drug. Try coming off it, it's a nightmare to do but afterwards you'll wonder why you drank so much. When I quit I got headaches & hot flushes for about 3 weeks, but now I live on about 6 hours sleep a night & feel a lot more awake than I ever did before.

I too highly recommened the decaf variety. I can't drink Caffiene based drinks now for free of shaking feeling sick and going a little nuts.

I think that men do get PMT, you just don't bleed.
