It's the first proper snow of the year. It's not very heavy but it is pretty. Watched "Southland Tales" last night. It was... tiring and odd and kinda good and I'm not sure yet really. It was directed by the same guy who made "Donnie Darko" so if you've ever seen that movie, you know what I'm talking about.

now with more snow! That murmuring you hear is pretty much the entire state entreating the deities of their choice to prevent snow like we had last year. Seven weekends of precipitation in a row can pretty well suck the happiness of of the whole "White Christmas" thing.

It's the first snow of the year that really means it. Thank goodness typing is good for getting circulation back into the fingers. Today I learned that it sucks when you wear shoes that are nowhere waterproof out into a wet white wonderland.
