(OOC Note: Posted on the first night of Minnie's trip to San Francisco)

Jul 29, 2009 01:56

The first picture is of Wu with a four year old Asian boy - the resemblance is pretty noticable. Wu's on the floor, on his back with his tongue sticking out while playing dead, and the boy has a foot on top of his chest and his hands thrown in the air in declaration of his victory.

The second picture is a close shot of Minnie and a six year old Asian girl, they are smiling big at the camera with mouths full of peanutbutter and jelly stained teeth.

Have arrived in San Francisco, which is nearly as misty as Seattle. Wu's younger siblings are cute. So is his lizard. No, not the one in his pants. Any places folks recommend I check out while we're here? We've got the Festival to attend and the Sun family supper. I'm really nervous about having the proper table manners. Which is wierd of me. Because really, I shouldn't give a shit. Right?

Still, my gifts for Wu's little brothers and sisters were hugely successful. His little sister is quite the artist; she has amazing artistic perspective for someone so young. I'm going to show her some water color brush strokes before I leave.

So much to put in my sketchbook before I leave. I don't know where I'll find time.

My parents arrive tomorrow morning!

i'm going to have an adventure, parental units, wu-flower, the san francisco treat, art
