EDIT: WAIT A SEC WAIT A SEC THEY'RE CANCELLING ROBIN AND NIGHTWING (and BoP) THIS IS SO MUCH MORE MOMENTOUS AND UPSETTING THAN THE ELECTION. I guess Kon and Bart are getting some posthumous revenge.

SO NOW THAT OBAMA'S BEEN ELECTED EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE HUNKY DORY you betcha. I used to be really gung-ho about Obama-- tried to even convince my mom to vote for him-- but eh, I got pretty disillusioned with him and his supporters. In some ways it was a "I like your Obama, I do not like your Obamaites" (with apologies to Gandhi), but in other ways, I think the idea that one individual who's already a part of the political machine is going to revolutionize the entire system and bring the CHANGE YOU CAN BELIEVE IN is way too naive. (._.) That and the whole "zomg only fascists vote for McCain and if you don't vote for Obama, you're a brainless babykiller" is like... geez, isn't that what the stereotypical Republicans do? =_=
BUT I AM SO GLAD THIS IS DONE. The screaming gay babiesfanboys were drowning out the awesome guy downstairs who was playing the Wild Pokemon Battle theme on the piano. And the ToraDora and Nodame2 I was watching. (Q.Q)

Just spent $60 at Boston Comic Con for $234 worth of stuff (^_^) I've discovered that Comic-cons are apparently AWESOME for manga buys or something-- got a ton of RECENT manga for $1 each, including 3 volumes of With The Light, these like giant 500 page $15 monsters about a mother who raises her autistic child. (*_*) plus some Amecomi TPBs for $5 WHOOOO.
