A GENERAL CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
Nathan and I are going to put together a small zine, "NJEPRAVDA," consisting of artist interviews (a la the Shop Shows), cultural-commentary essays, and smarmy rants (my dept), of the like somewhere between Jean Baurillard, Kierkegaard, Chuck Palahnuik, and John Waters, with accompanying irreverent graphic design. We both want to keep our theory studies sharp and whatnot. It'll be like un-journalism.
For me, it gives me something to practice publishing software with - Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop - so that I have something tangible to present in my portfolio.
Either way, if you have something you want to contribute, shoot it my way.
Or, if you want to tease my egomania, that's fine too ;)
Outside of that, I haven't been seeing too many of you :( and that makes me a sad momoko. Once I get my computer fixed and some semblance of employment, I'll be givin' a holla
