So, today I'm heading over to Bakersfield to go to my friend's Winter Formal. I bought train tickets and about five minutes ago, I got a call from an Amtrack rep who wanted to know if I was making the train. I'm just taking the bus and apparently I have to re-reserve my seat because my ticket got canceled because I'm not taking the train. Now, I have to wait approximately 13 minutes until I get a representative comes on to help me out with my reservation.
I'm so bored right now, so I started writing this LJ post. Haha.
Oh man, I'm kinda nervous about drama. I did audition and I thought I did well, but I didn't get a callback, so I don't know if I got it or not. Apparently, the drama teacher doesn't give callbacks to everyone, only those she isn't sure where to place. I mean, I hope I get a lead, but it's unlikely because I haven't taken drama until this play and, in all honesty, I probably won't get any part.
I don't want to be a sore loser, but if I don't get something with at least one line of speech, I really don't want to do this since I'm doing this whole drama thing against my academic schedule and if I'm not going to get something I like, then I don't see why I should sacrifice the time I could be spending sewing and studying on a part that I have no interest playing. I'd be surprised if the teacher gave me a dancing part, because during the dance audition, I sucked. But since I'm the shortest, I'll probably be an orphan in Faggin's Band of Theives (we're doing Oliver).
