sometimes i watch the 700 club, not because i particular enjoy it, but because i like to get a feel of what the trouble the extreme right is getting into. yesterday i managed a glance and found ol' pat calling for the u.s. to get it right this time, iraq may not have had weapons but iran, being a bunch of religious fundamentalists, certainly will, after all we sell them all our old stuff.
maybe its not frustrating enough to ignore the common threads holding the iran and america together, but i would really appreciate it if pat and his crew would stop the inflammatory stories and stop trying to incite a third world war. scorching the earth in pursuit of the rapture is not how i would like to make my grand exist, i'd prefer old age, or even a parachuting accident, thank you.
