I must admit that all this hanging around watching vcds/dvds and veg-ing out in front of the tv has done nothing for me in terms of physical health. I've put on so much weight it's not funny and the not funny part about it is that the weight comes in the form of fats that is concentrated on my tummy area. I'm beginning to look like my overweight cat now. Ok, if you don't know how that looks like, imagine me looking like a pregnant lady who's going to have triplets. Well maybe I'm exaggerating a mighty bit but I do believe that my tummy has grown somewhat and it's not in proportion to the rest of my body. Now I just look like one of those unbalanced weird looking people; skin and bones except for the stomach. Oh well...no point harping on things that I'm not bothered to change. I like eating unhealthy stuff (read: mee kuah and roti john for dinner) but I hate exercising so I guess it's all my own fault. At the very least, there is food on the table everyday and I'm thankful to God for that, I really am.
