Frys Foam Bases Re-Opens for July
College is over YAAAY
its really been holding me back from my work! ><
but now i have 24/7 to do what i love!
i want to be able to make a foam base a day. but i still need time to finnish my other commissions. so this is an estimated July start on these foam bases.
So i have 5 slots to beguin with. (static jaw ONLY)
my foam bases are carved from Brand new, top quality foam, to any shape and to fit any size head. to reduce size your base may be mounted on a "cap" once you receive your foam base, you can line your foam base or glue it to a balaclava.
i will probably be making foam bases and a finished partial or fursuit every couple of weeks to practice.
So, why buy a foam base?
I originally got the idea to sell foam bases when i was looking threw some gallerys of home-made fursuits. people were spending a fortune on expensive materials and coming out with "fursuit horrors" the biggest problem was the foaming stage of the process.
I thought, why cant someone just make the foam bases, then they can Finnish the furring and other details themselves.As an artist, i would usually prefer to wear something i have made myself and take pride in my efforts. i am sure there are many of you that feel the same.
If you are not confident about your carving skills, this might be the cheapest and easiest way to own your own fursuit!
Pricing
starting price is £100 / about $148 (according to my converter. i had to put my price up by £10)
the price might go up depending on a few things:
larger or over sized designs
details that require more foam (like large horns for example)
extensive detailing (like some elaborate dragon design)
Etc
also, your base might be live streamed to teach others how to carve (permission will be asked of you)
