Flex Seal on horns?
I am looking to make a balaclava based goat fursuit head. Of goats have horns. I'm thinking I want to go ahead and make larger curled horns, using pool noodles and paper mache. (It sounds off but I have made horns using this method before, and they worked well to put on a headband. Problem was, they absorbed moisture, so I'm looking for a cheap product to waterproof my horns. Would clear flex seal work? Or should I try something different? I can't afford something very expensive so I prefer under $15. Thanks in advance! :3
