Squeak in moderation?

So furry cons and squeakers are a no-no, as it ends up sounding like a guinea pig farm.

What about in public or at non-fur cons, such as general scifi ones?

I'm asking because a squeaker/swazzle would work well for Khaazbaar, being that he's a car.

I don't plan to 'speak' too much in suit, more just make meeps and beeps at people.
