Glow in the dark paint
Hey you guys ive been wondering.....where do the professionals get their glow in the dark paint??? Im asking cause a raverhound im comissioned for has one eye that glows in the dark. I want the glowing effect to last a very good time when he's at a dance or out wondering at night. I found www.glonation.com and http://glowinc.com/ but i have no idea to either use waterbased or solvent based. Help.....
