life is going good, the goverment sucks though I found out today that in order for me to get a home under the first time buyer program i would have to make under 36,000 and if i made that much I would not be able to get approved for the amount to buy a small ass dirty house in a really bad area since property value is super high. But on the plus side we got approved for 240,000 wich will get us a med. house in a pretty good area but we have to save up 7000 for a down. awww stupid goverment saying they will help you but make i damn hard for people nowadays.
