the end
it's done. i finished the last "harry potter" book. i feel... satisfied. though it is sad that there's no more to read. i honestly wish there could have been some "spin-off" book series - the kind you get from your average fantasy/sci-fi books. but, alas, in her efforts to make the perfect classic jk rowling used the number seven so succinctly that there was no other choice but to stop at the seventh book. i think i'll take a break from reading and start investing that time into more guitar playing and possibly some composition.
PS - i am very grateful to all you out there who didn't ruin the end of the book/series for me. now i can stop making harry potter references and jokes to michelle (i'm sure she'll be thrilled, though i believe it was payback for three years of endurance).
