Last night was amazing. I bummed around all day, watching Muppet movies and t.v. episodes and eating macaroni and cheese. I am so cool. You wish you were one tenth as cool as me. Later on, Kelly called me and asked if a movie was a good idea, so we got in touch with John and Erica, the four of us went to see Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind...oh my god, fucking amazing movie. So wonderful. I loved Adaptation, it was written by the same guys...I can't get over how cool it was.
So Kelly dropped me off, I called up Kristi to see if she wanted to go to the FLOP party this week. She did, so I picked up her and Shannon and we were off. Got to the FLOP, first person I saw was Pat, who I haven't seen in two weeks due to Spring Break. Then inside Katie who got me an awesome present...a 'picture holder' aka 'roach clip'. Hah, sweetest girl ever...I guess she was tired of using my tweezers. Then Bobby! Holy shit, Bobby was there, missed him so much. V-Nuts, Jesus, Bobby2 were there. It was a great time. We went up to Bobby2's room and chatted, it was deep. Then, as I'm leaving, this girl comes up to me and puts her arm on my shoulder. Completely innocent. So I turn and look at her, and she's very, very vaguely familiar. She says to me 'where do I know you from? I know you. Where'd you go to highschool?' So I say "North Haven." 'Where'd you go to middle school?' "Also North Haven." 'Ah, fuck man. I swear I know you. You look really familiar.' "No, now that you mention it, you do too." 'Where'd you go to elementary school?' "West Haven." 'Oh shit...which one' "Forrest." 'Oh my god! Shawn!' "Yes!" 'It's me! Kim!' "Holy fucking shit!!!" I knew this girl in FOURTH grade. I went to one her birthday parties and when we played 'spin the thermos' instead of 'spin the bottle', I had to kiss her but I couldn't do it because I had such a crush on her. I couldn't hug her. I gave her a handshake. I loved this girl! I couldn't believe what she was telling me. And of course, after she said it, I recognized her immediately. She looks just like she did in fourth grade. Except way hotter and like, 20 years old.
That's enough rambling. I'm off.
