Gas: Done (effective today)
Electric: Done (effective Friday)
Phone: Done. DSL has to be signed up for online two days after it is set up (which will be Monday) and then we can get the $19.95/month rate
Water: Done. We have to pay a $180 deposit, unless we can get a letter of waiver from the owner
Trash: Done. This is the cheapest, and we are billed two months at a time and can change size of cans whenever we want. Currently it's $26.70/2 months
