Good evening. The Arena has reopened, although the second and third floors are still off-limits due to massive water damage and structural instability. However, should anyone need shelter or refuge from the elements, they are welcome to take what room is available. We do have functioning bathing facilities, although hot water is still limited.
My associate Zack Fair mentioned a gathering come the weekend, volunteers are still needed in helping prepare food and supplies. Fresh meat and clean water will be provided, as well as what canned goods we've stored for just such an emergency. All are welcome, please contact either myself or Zack for more detail.
I also urge citizens to be wary when traveling through the east residential district after dark. We've spotted a few unsavory creatures which do not hesitate to attack when sighted. They are quite vicious and anyone not able to handle such attacks are in serious danger if traveling alone.

However, I have located a larger and more ample residence not far from the building; you are welcome to share quarters there, if you wish.
