Hello everyone!
I'm going to be doing Christmas cards and stuff soon so I figured this was a good time to update my address book with everyone's addresses and things. Please fill out the form below with as much info as you feel comfortable providing me. Please don't neglect birthday! I'm horrible at remembering those things. Replies to this journal will be hidden, so nobody will see it but me. If you would like my information in return, just ask and I will be more than happy to provide it.
Oh, and even if you think I have your info already, please take a couple minutes to fill it out again. I've been through a couple of phones and a couple of computers so it's possible something has gone missing or is not up to date. Thank you. =)
