I don't know!!!! I just broke the routine and now I can't get back into it. Then I get on the scale and I've only gained a little under 2 pounds so I think, "Oh, well. It's not like I'm putting on weight!" But my jeans feel different, so I know that I'm getting flabby again. :
Yeah, I was considering couch to 5K for a while, but I am too lazy for running. Besides, 5 minutes on a bike, even at 20km/h (about 12mph), feels like a lot more of an accomplishment when you glance at the distance meter. >.>
