Okay, so I've had this waltz on my hard drive for years. And now that I have made inroads in tagging all my music with appropriate sources and composers and performers, it's EATING me that I have no idea where it's from exactly, who wrote it (and when), what it's called, and who the performance is by.

All I know is that it is very possibly from a Soviet-era film. ;_;
