[The SFC comes on to reveal Ryuu, with a very annoyed expression on his face--though not as annoyed as one might first expect, given the fact that there are a pair of silky dark-brown cat ears poking up through his hair, currently pinned flat to his head as he narrows his eyes in irritation. A long, tail of the same color flicks behind him restlessly, just barely in the SFC's line of sight as he speaks, his tone flat.]

I don't suppose anyone has a proper explanation for this.
