I don't know if its that obvious to everyone, but anyone can post icons on here. Its not just for me and mine, anyone's alloud to post. Its not a reqirement, but it is encouraged. :) We're all about fun here. Hence the name. :) Anything is allowed, any fandom; etc.
However, if you're posting anything offensive like icons of hatred of any sort and the post will be deleted and you'll be kicked out.
Nudity is fine as long as you put up a warning. Suggestive and adult language should have a warning too just in case. I always post warnings just to be sure.
