ho-hum
the begining of the weekend was fun, friday me, nick, britt, mell, and lauren drove to portland, cause mell and britt live there, and big d was playing. me and britt and lauren were gonna go to the show, but lauren ditched us for chilli that owens(mells boy friend) mom was making.
the show was actually much better then i expected...i think it may have been a combination of the fact that i havnt been to a show in a long time and that emily, adriane and nick met us there...it was great to see them again. i danced a wicked lot and now every part of my body hurts alot...my calves, thighs, back, and between my sholder blades are all killing me...like everytime i move.
i crashed at brits house and the next day we explored portland a little...there are some really neat little shops. i was really good about hanging onto my money, until she brought us into this little cd store and i found a live stiff little fingers album for 10 bucks and the departed used for 10 as well. so i grabbed those.
now im back at campus, after a 2 hour drive, which i slept through most of. i have a fucking geology field trip tommorow for which i need to be out the door at 7:30...the time i usually wake up. we dont get back till 5 which im freaking out about cause i have a bio prelim, an igneous rock lab practical, my pre calc mid term and the second draft of a paper i didnt do so well on the forst draft due...all of which are monday and tuesday...bleck...i could really use the extra study time, but i figure i can get a decent amount done on the bus ride...while i listen to my new stiff little fingers cd
