Damn Charley
Finally things here are starting to get a little more normal. My room is like 75% unpacked.... My bed is comfortable finally. Just seems like this whole Orlando thing is perking up a little bit!!
I went job hunting today. Got 2 interview for Friday for Bed Bath and Beyond and one for Michaels. Lets start praying now that it all works out!! I'm really not in the mood to be broke and bored again this year! Hopefully one is a little flexible about going home to see family sometimes too. Last year Michaels hired me and took it back b/c I had already made plans for Thanksgiving. I don't have plans now, so lets see.
Rush was post-poned. SUCKS!! I went to the opening night thing last night. Got my Rho Gamma. She seems nice. The whole rush thing now seems to make a little more sense. I really just wish it would've been going on this week. i was nervous all summer about it, and just want to do it. To see if i really have what it takes to be a "sorority girl". Amazingly enough there were SOO many different types of people there. So to everyone that thinks i'm not the "type", kiss it.
My apt is really nice, except for the smell and the NASTY carpet. As long as i don't take my shoes off, i'm cool. Honestly they are replacing the carpet in the main room and in the nastiest smelling bedroom. As far as my room goes, I'm supposed to be getting a gooooooood carpet cleaning! I've vacumed 2X and stll am picking up crap.
