1) Duplicate your base twice and set both to screen

2) Add a hue/saturation level and adjust the saturation to +15.

3) Add a curves layer with input/output as follows:
RGB

Red

4) Add a selective color layer as follows:
Reds
Cyan +22 Yellow +25

Cyans
Cyan +100, Yellow -50

Neutrals
Cyan +70

5) Floodfill a new layer with 070933; set to exclusion 100%

6) Floodfill a new layer with bd97b6; set to soft light 100%

7) Floodfill a new layer with 79d9e2; set to color burn 100%

8) Duplicate base and drag to top; set to soft light 100%
