No, they expect you not to impose your religion on the children as being the only one that is true, hence that all others are are wrong and heretics. There aren't any laws respecting teachers exercising personal beleifs in the classroom so long as they don't expect others to mimic them. And teachers are more well-paid then people would have you beleive. There is a teacher here (Mr. Bolser) who has quite the hefty paycheck (I've seen it), attested to also by his amazingly cool car.
