(no subject)
My weekend was so great. I love going to new places and doing new stuff. I was down at URI for the weekend playing music. Even if i didn't get the scholarship for being such a great player, I can say without a doubt in my mind that I am the most improved player from this weekend. The first day I got chewed out for doing everything wrong. The second day I was only spoken to twice, and both times it was simply to bring out my part more. I left the warm-up from the awesome tuba player there. I might ask Walter or paul, unless someone from URI finds mine...jen. This weekend is what makes me want to do the concert band at URI, but it's the same issues all over again.
. If I don't do band in college, could I play again? yes, recreatioanlly, maybe even in a group if i keep my contacts.
. If I do band instead of track, would I ever get another chance? no. Which is why I'm leaning toward track. i'm loking at marching band
Outside of the URI music, my ska band is getting confusing. I know for a fact that Paul and I want Sejohn out. He's cool, but I don't like his singing voice. I think Rendine is gonna be at practice tomorrow (sunday).
