I'm quite happy with myself.   I don't FEEL much different yet, although I did notice the other day that my pants aren't as tight around the middle after I eat.   But I thought I might have been imagining it.   =)   I'm most happy with my body fat percentage.   I think, for this month, the cutting out of sweets and pop did a lot of the work, as I've unfortunately only been to the gym twice a week instead of the prescribed three times a week.   This month I'll try to do better though!
