Goat's Milk Cheddar
Friday, Rob's mom Marion and I went to a Farmer's Market. I bought some goat's milk cheddar cheese. I am now trying it. It's weird... good, but weird. It's sharp in a different way than cow's milk cheddar. In fact, the more I eat it, the more it's growing on me. I think I really like it. I'll have to get this more often.
