Lunch: 1 pear with a 2" cube of cheddar cheese (By the way, that "no FiberCon" idea really isn't working. That 2" cube had me writhing in pain for over an hour.)
Dinner: Rob's ground beef steamed dumplings, this time with mesquite sauce (they were *yummy*)
Exercise: 12 laps of swimming, and grocery shopping
