[There's the sound of crashing waves here in this room, and Atticus is taking a walk along the shore, feet bare as he loses himself in his thoughts. Off in the air, there's the hawk that's been hanging around with him lately. It flies up ahead and then circles back to Atticus, letting out a small cry as it does so.
Every time it releases a cry, Atticus steps away from the shore as a large wave comes in.
