I'm nanoing the corn dolly story. I hadn't intended on doing so, but that's what's happening now so I'll just run with it and see what happens.
As to why there's so many parts in part 4 - I dunno - I hadn't written out wtf was going on in part 4 very well and um... yeah... this is what happens when we don't plan things out. :)
I have a sadness in that there used to be a lolcat word widget (called, appropriately 'nanocat') which would announce my words to the world and auto-update from my total on the nanowrimo site. It is gone and I miss it. However, my sadness is mitigated by all the people doing nano with me this year. Both the ones I know, and the ones I am beginning to know. I like people, especially the company of other writers. This pleases me a great deal.
