Holy shit it's pouring outside. The area near River Plate is fucked 'cause the river's overflowing, which is gonna suck for them, but is also gonna give me a nice image to view tomorrow when I'm passing by there in the bus. It's actually quite cool, all wasteland-like. I've seen it before, back in the Argentinean summer, when it rained like every day.
It's been a busy week. I didn't take advantage of my free days as much as I would've wanted to. Handed in Projectual and Dibujo Tecnico stuff and I'm relieved as hell. School is a lot more work than I anticipated, but it's a kick in the ass that I definitely needed after months of party-party-party. The interesting thing is that even though I was bored as hell by the end of those, what, seven months, now I feel like I really wanna slack off again. Oh well. Semester's done in about a month. I'm probably gonna go to Brazil and visit a bunch of friends over there, so I'm excited.
The new Paris Hilton single sounds a bit too much like UB40's Kingston Town. And you know you suck when you gotta turn to UB40 to find something to rip off.
I think it's interesting that pretty much every person I know back in Colombia has an Argentinean counterpart. Someone who reminds me a lot of them, either physically or personality-wise. There's a guy who's like a taller Egg who I hang out with from time to time, and he's got the same deadpan humor. And there's a girl in my school who I haven't spoken to yet but every single time I see her I wanna go "... Kary?" 'cause she looks so much like her. Same with Bedoya and Julio and a bunch of people.
Speaking of, Julio's coming to Buenos Aires. He's only staying for a few days, but still. It's gonna be awesome. Haven't seen the guy since pretty much a month after we graduated.
Oh, and my one-year graduation anniversary is coming up. How fucked up is that?
