just read some old AIM conversations between me and nick, pre-dating. they made me smile and even giggle at one point. i missed him for about a minute and then closed the file, still smiling. the past is the past is the past. i cant bring my nick back, but i can remember him and smile.
besides, i have hector. while he can never replace what nick was to me, he is even more special to me in a different way.
hector is like all of the good parts of nick without any of nick's bad, plus 40 billion extra special hector parts.
our one year anniversary was today (uhr..yesterday? the 23rd). he makes me happy.
my smile is infectious and i feel like every part of me is smiling. ah, to love life. =)
