I really enjoyed this. I like Jo's voice and how Lucifer shadowed her for so long.

Okay, all of it was good, but honestly? The part about Ash made me tear up. I have such a soft spot for Ash, and it often seems like he isn't given a lot of mention, in fic or on the show, so seeing Jo mourning him was really, really poignant.

Thank you. I have such a place in my heart for Ash also. I figured that he was like a brother to Jo probably and losing him would have killed her. It was never there in the show but I'm sure somehow both Ellen and Jo found ways to mourn. Thanks for reading. I'm glad my writing touched you :)

You have this knack for taking characters I'm not terribly fond of and making me love them in your fics. I really liked this Jo, and your Lucifer was flawless.
This fic is full of beautiful writing, but the last line was my favorite.

If I ask nicely, will there be more?

Thank you! I found Jo really difficult to write for some reason and Lucifer relatively easy lol - amusing considering my Christian faith lol. I really like how this fic came out, so I'm thrilled you liked it too :)

I am attempting to construct another Jo/Lucifer, though it's not a sequel to this one. I'm having trouble getting it to work right now, but I'm hopeful. It's a nice break from my usual SPN pairings :)
