DOUBLE WHAMMY WEEKEND
hey guys, looks like i got things to tell ya!
so me and tony just got a house, or rather, we made an offer and they accepted this past friday, we still have to do inspections and all the paperwork and everything, but we should be closing july 23rd.

but yeah, it's big and pretty and in a nice neighborhood with big yard and we are VERY excited!
AND
Tony and I just got engaged! I KNOW RIGHT?!?! He proposed like, an hour ago, we took a walk/picnic in Valley Forge Park today for Memorial Day and we were on our way back to the car and we stopped to sit on a bench looking over the river and he told me how much he loves me and loves living with me and how much he wants to keep me in his life and then he proposed :D its a really pretty ring, i'll probably post pics of it and the house at about the same time.
BUT YEAH

we're thinking wedding sometime next summer.
