I Robot-

At first I thought that the only reason I would ever watch this movie would be to see the Audi. Now I know that there's more reason to watch this movie than that. When having to choose between watching King Arthur and I Robot, I'd pick I Robot hands down.

Here's the synapsis-

The movie starts out with Chicago Police Detective John Spooner (played by Will Smith) waking up to the sound of his alarm. It is at this point that we get the first glimps of Will half naked (at least in this movie) and it's far from hidious. He proceed to rub a large pain out of his shoulder. Later we find out why the pain is there.

Eventually we see Detective Spooner walk out of his apartment and we get to see how he reacts with the outside world...at least with the robotic part of the outside world. Detective Spooner is less than friendly with them. This is the big basis for a lot of this movie: without Spooner's "robo-phobia" the movie would fall apart. It is because of his robo-phobia that he accuses the robots of committing murder and unveils the big flaw in the new set of robots scheduled to be shipped out. However, because they were shipped out before the flaw was prooven two battles ensue; one between the new robots and the humans, and one between the new robots and the old ones. In the end Detective Spooner has to shut down the mainframe computer that controls the robots in order to stop them. All in all, Will learns to like robots through his befriending of one while fighting the other ones, meets a new girl, and saves the world. Classic guy saves world from itself story.

Acting-

The acting skills portrayed by Will Smith have really improved since Wild Wild West and the first Men In Black movie. He's able to control himself more now. The other actors are pretty good as well. Casting was awesome. Car was awesome. Everything was awesome. The only problem is that the movie was really condensed toward the end. There was a lot of build up and suspence throughout most of the movie, but when it came to the end of the movie everything just kind of lost it's momentum and ended. Rather sad really.

Anyway, I'll post the third and final movie review when I have the time. I doubt that it will be tonight as I have somethings to resolve with someone.
