Harley is one of my favorite villains because if not for her dependence on a certain Clown Prince of Crime, and the fact that shes always beholden to him, Harley's true power can never really be released on Gotham (maybe that's a good thing). She's deadly -- perhaps even deadlier than the Joker -- and completely bonkers. Unlike the other villains, Harley is actually kind and a bit loveable. Jokers resistants to her, is told as the result that since Joker has only room to love one thing and thats the love to hate the Bat. That when he starts to realize he loves her, he pushes her away even father then before, sorry Harley.
