City TV has been running this series about cleaning up Toronto (i.e. taking disgusting messes and having the city come in and fix it all up). So I thought, why not e-mail them about the mess left over from that fire 3 months ago - you know, that big pile of nasty that occupies a section of my street?! And e-mail them I did.
