after a long break...
oh wow!!!~ it's been more than a week since i last updated...i feel ever so guilty...i admit that i did not have the time nor energy to strive on from last Friday till Sunday; i had a paternal family gathering over at granddad's on Friday, i had to work on Saturday and Sunday (boy, can kids really drain your energy O_O)...
ok, excuses aside, i have finished up the girl-octopus creature yesterday but was just too plain lazy to post an entry for it...
so here it is today!!!~
suddenly thought of adding bubbles to it... O_O

anyways, unfortunate as it is that the suction pads are so small, you can't really see the shading i've done for her but IT IS THERE!!!~ haha...

ok, on to something a bit more on my life...
i will be meeting 2 of my friends later for chicken somewhere which i am not really sure...what can i say, i trust my friends... =D
so i will be anxiously trying to cramp my routine to before 5 when i have to leave the house...haha...
anyways, during the time which i took for my brain recuperation for the last few days, i finished reading it must be love (one of the books from the little black dress series)...it's not that bad of a story...while checking it out if you do, you can also check out the other stories that are available... =D
just a little bit on my reviews for it:
i like how the lead female is portrayed; kinda hippy (into those auras and cleansing oils kinda thing)...somehow i can relate to her; i won't say that i am as much of a hippy as she is (i don't see auras and stuff, in fact, i am very bad at those), but i will say that i am as trusting, as ditzy (in a way) as she is...she's also very much of an expressionist? when it comes to her paintings... =D she just paints what she feels and what she sees...
the lead guy is the kind that grows on you...he starts out obnoxious and stuff but his constant bad-boyish moments get to you...the words used to describe his actions during such moments really places you in her position...and then you'll realize you are uncontrollably melting to the words you're reading and at the same time smiling...
i have to admit that there are moments when i was just madly blushing away and desperately trying to hide that super blush with the book directly in my face... XD haha...
at current, i am reading Weekend in Paris...it's turning out ok so far~
no good juicy appearance of hunks yet but i guess he's coming soon? XD haha...i am eagerly waiting...

on to movies,
i watched From Prada to Nada in the early afternoon just now...
i will say that you better watch it when you have absolutely nothing to watch...i mean, i get the whole i wanna go back to the old days kinda thing but the whole romance thing just didn't work for me...it just felt a bit too haphazard... O_O
anyways, i found one of the sisters a bit familiar but didn't really think about it and when i read IMDb, i realized that she was that little girl from Spy Kids 1 - 3... XD haha...
woah~ she has grown so much~ she is ain't extremely pretty but, girl, she has herself one hot body~ XD haha...anyways, her name is Alexa Vega...
