On the subject of dry cleaners...

Until I go on active duty, I am never taking my shirts to a dry cleaner to get them cleaned/pressed. I got them back today and, sure, they had creases. Everywhere but where I was supposed to have them. It wasn't even like they had it a few centimeters off or something. The ones on the sleeves (the only ones that I'm supposed to have) were way off, to the point where an inspector would seriously downgrade me. If that wasn't enough, there were wrinkles and folds all over the fracking place, and I had to spend a god hour ironing them out and getting everything back how it was supposed to be. What was supposed to be a time saver cost me as much time to fix as I would have spent doing all myself (and cost more money overall). Until I'm based somewhere I could get that stuff pressed correctly, I'm doing it myself. Of course, running with the general theme where the goddess of irony is a raging bitch, that's the busiest time of my frugging life.
