Through my labors I am free
I've been in Tolono for the past few weeks.
It's interesting how such physical isolation can bring such personal freedom. There's a lot of work to do in order to restore the old farm and surrounding property, but it's done as it's needed and at no rushed pace. It leaves a lot of time for sultry runs spanning miles along dirt roads next to lush, waving fields of corn.
It's one of the best feelings to be out among the grasses working under endless blue skies with the sun's warmth permeating every space and crack.
